Rifle Scopes Need Help with Scope Mount Choice

I have an Armalite Super SASS and a Leupold Mark 4 lr/t 10x40mm (30mm tube)

I want to use this for competition and shooting school (long range) so i will need a 20 MOA base. I am leaning towards a one piece with a 20 MOA base but unsure if i need to go with nightforce or something that high quality, or if there is something comparable that is a bit cheaper. Wanting the ring height above the rail to be about 1.25 or so, to keep the scope as low as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you already have a set of Low 30mm rings you could go with something like this: PRI 1-Piece Extended Picatinny-Style Riser Mount 20 MOA Elevated AR-10

Why not the LaRue? I think their LT104 has a 20 MOA cant version.
