Need help with Type S bushing neck die sizing

Stupid question here, but thought I'd get a quick answer rather than waiting till tomorrow for Redding:

I was setting up my Type S neck sizing die with .270 TiNi bushing for my 243 AI. With the die against the top of the shellholder, it only sizes about 2/3 of the neck. I have the bushing down and backed it off 1/16 of a turn per the directions from Redding. How do I get it to size more of the neck?

That's about as good as it gets with a Redding bushing die.

It is the best you are going to see with a bushing die. I assume it is the match die. My competition dies and get down a bit more.
