everytime i reload i always end up having a mark around my bullet evertime i seat it doesnt matter what caliber either it happens with all of them .308, 5.56....etc whats going on???!!!

I assume you're talking about where the seating die presses the bullet down? I get the same thing on .223 because I have the next tension pretty tight since I don't use any crimp for AR loads. I'm using Hornady dies, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is your neck ID within spec?

im useing RCBS single stage press and dies i resize the trims the shells casings reem them out resize the neck but when i go to seat the bullet there is a ring around the bullet from where it came in contact with the die

i have tryed putting a little bit of case lube on it i have taken it apart to inspect and clean it and nothing changed
