Need help

Hey guys, I got my new Noveske upper yesterday and I have a little bit of a problem. I got my stock installed earlier today so I could finally put the buffer and buffer spring in and try charging it. Well, whenever I pull the charging handle back, the bolt stays open so I have to press the battery assist to close it.

It doesn't have the safety selector or trigger group in it so do y'all think that may have something to do with it?

I am not 110%but I think it might have something to do with it ........Or it might not like stippled rails lol better send em out they might be the problem... Lol...

I wouldn't worry about it as much until you have the whole rifle built then trouble soot it.....

Haha I don't think that's it. I think she likes them.

I checked the bolt release and it's really loose so I think when I put the trigger in it will probably start working...hopefully.
