I have a Leupold VX-III 8.5-25X50 LR, I love the scope, glass is great, but I would prefer a different reticle (TMR) and the MK4 turrets. Leupold can up grade my scope, it was $400.00 a few years ago.
Or would It benefit me to go to another scope? Maybe Vortex Viper PST Gen 2?
I currently have three Nightforce NXS on my best rifles and three Vortex Vipers PST on three slightly lesser guns. The Leupold has been in the closet for years and I need a scope for an AR15 match rifle. I know the glass on the Leupold is way better than the Vortex Gen 1. Upgrade the VX-III or get another scope?
