Phoenix Custom Rifles did excellent work on my friends M40. I'm in the process of building a custom bolt gun with them also.

Here is one I did today in fact. FWIW. CRF actions like P64's, M70 classics, 76's, and FN SPR's are my preference. If I had it my way they'd all be done this way.
