I need some action and possible rebarrel on my SPR any suggestions? On good smiths near Utah...

Phoenix Custom Rifles did excellent work on my friends M40. I'm in the process of building a custom bolt gun with them also.

Here is one I did today in fact. FWIW. CRF actions like P64's, M70 classics, 76's, and FN SPR's are my preference. If I had it my way they'd all be done this way.
