Gunsmithing Need source to purchase inletting Blueprints or inletting CAD files for Remington 700's and Howa based actions.

I am needing a current source to purchase the 700 and Howa action inletting drawings or more ideally for timing CAD files. Several years ago on a similar client project I used a subscription service to a site that provided nearly all makes and models. However that site is no longer available nor are the others I had book marked. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
