I have looked everywhere and cannot find a starting load for .40 S&W using the following

Wirehand, thanks for the reply. I have seen that on the Hodgdon website too....but my worry is that the Barnes tac-xp bullets are ALOT longer than the 180 Hornady XTP's....like .115 longer. I am worried that the longer bullet/seated deeper will cause excessive pressure.

Hmmm.. you are right to be cautious, maybe a call to Barnes will help.
