Been doing some research, and also sent an email to B&C and got no real helpfull suggestions, but I am trying to mount an Atlas QD bipod to my B&C Tatical Medalist stock. Do you guys have a suggestion for a shorter 3"ish rail that will work in the T slot configuration forend ?

Seekins precision actually makes a rail for B&C stocks that have two sling studs. Its a little cleaner looking and a bit cheaper than the universal Atlas rail.
He isn't referring to a stock that has sling studs, he has an "anshutz" rail !
Got this one from GG&G and attached it to my B&C tactical medalist. Drilled two holes for the screws and uses them as placeholders, but ultimately it's JB welded on. Make sure you sand down to the actual stock and not just screw/glue to the paint. Ignore the rubber band. Obviously it was removed when the JB weld set up.
