I have a suppressor in my name and want to sell it, what paper work needs to be completed and set to the ATF?

I am in TX selling to another TX resident.

My suppressor in under LLC ownership and will be going to another LLC

Since the transfer doesn't cross state lines, the purchaser needs to fill out the Form 4's and submit them to ATF. Once they're approved you can transfer the suppressor.

The buyer does all the paperwork, you need to get the money up front.
