For the past 30 plus years I have had an opportunity to shoot some awesome gear, and I do own many high quality rifles. In the last couple of years I have gotten more enjoyment out of my GAP 260 and DTA SRS (260, 308, 338) than most. As shooting is my only real hobby since retiring from the military I spend way too much on all shooting related items. I bought the Nemesis Vanquish and was disappointed with it and shared my review of it. Sure I have had folks that never touched the rifle refer to me as an ass or idiot just for trying to prevent another member for wasting their money. While I will agree some may have had good luck, I did not. I don't post much because I prefer to shoot more than stay on the net. I could have sold my rifle easily and stuck someone else with it's issues but that's not how I roll. Since I could not get it repaired by Nemesis due to the salt nitride coating (Dave could not successfully re-cut the chamber/ did not just replace the barrel) I sent it to a real smith. I had him replace the barrel with a 5R rock creek barrel. Couldn't be happier, but after the barrel, the work on it, the shipping cost to California with insurance (130.00), and to Virginia (136.00 to my gunsmith) totaled a little over 1,000 bucks. The people on this forum use gear and some of us run it daily. That being said you may gain some insight as to wether or not a piece of gear is worth the risk be it a GAP vs whatever other great rifle or Schmidt vs NF vs USO or whatever. Buy what you want, but given the added costs I do not recommend the rifle. There are better options while I agree it's one cool rifle, but when you get serious about long range get something along the lines of GAP, Surgeon, AI, DTA, or even some lesser known smiths that do awesome work.
