Nepal blew a gasket

All the hippies who went there to find inner peace and play their little drum things...

Had a really sporty pilgrimage!

There's some hilarious videos of Birkenstock types who walked right into the middle of it.

Good on the youth of Nepal! Maybe it will inspire others.

Anyone who ever went there can tell you even at best of times barely functioning state. Outside mayor cities there is no functioning state structures.

Something tells me this will be much harder to fix than to burn it down.

I can only imagine India will again have it their way ,a they hold Nepal by a chokehold and is not afraid to use pressure to get it their way.

But yes 3rd world elites are as predatory as they get and contrast to the plebs are huge.

I not really upon and current on Nepal politics or future ramifications of events.. but there still that inner voice inside me that urges me somehow to buy those guys Beer, that threw their Gov. Politician in the river.
.

Dem' boys need to smoke more of that fine Nepalese cannabis....lol
Its the opiated Nepalese Temple Balls that would gitcha. They put the opium in it to retard the coughing from the potency of the hashish.

Thats what a buddy told me anyway, but that was 50 years ago so my memory may be failing.

I used to work with and be friends with two Nepali brothers. Their old man was a doctor for the WHO and one of their uncles was a former prime minister. Very well educated, hard working guys. I'll try to reach out and see what they have to say and report back. Oh and I still have a Gurkha kukri they gifted me with, actual military one, not the cheap tourist shit. Wicked sharp and heavy.

I dont know about Nepal but in Mexico they make them out of used truck springs. Nice but the rust easily.

Probably corruption. Maybe the Chinese Commies are moving in, they took Tibet.
While Nepal borders both India and China its India that is generaly strongarming them to heel.

Yes its about corruption, particularly after earthquake funding that disappeared into select pockets. Social media ban was just the government trying to control the dissent
