New .223 and after optimum Load

Looking for the general discussion on .223. I have a new Rem 700 with 1/7twist on a 20" Bbl. What is the load data/opinions that most reccomend using this rifle?

for the twist rate i would recomend 80 grain sierra matchkings. my load for a 1 in 8 barrel is varget cci br4 primers and loaded .002 off the rifling

anything under a 69 grain bullet may over stabilize
