A few months back I got the wild hair to order a new Masterpiece Arms 300 PRC. I know there were some mixed reviews on here, but I went ahead and did it. It finally came in last week, so I went out this morning to try a few loads. So far I am very pleased with the rifle. It seems to be well built and the chassis is perfectly fine for me.

The following loads all seemed to be pretty mild based on what others had posted. I just arbitrarily selected -.030” off for a starting point. I think the Berger 215’s will shoot much better once I have time to work with them. I might go back out tomorrow to do some more work and stretch it out. All in all happy that nothing shot over 3/4”. I think it’s going to be a shooter.

This is one of those things man, where you have to assemble/buy and shoot the rifle that YOU want. Don't worry about anyone else's opinion unless you are asking for one prior to making a purchase

Glad it is starting off well for you. Good luck, and I hope it turns out great.
