New Acrynym for Army Snipers? is it BS or real?

Ok so I got an email from one of my Soldiers in Afghanistan, So before I post this realize I do not know if its true so back off its a question not a statement.

I was told that since the Marines have the H.O.G. tooth, and really it is not the Amry's they are renaming it for their own
SHARKS tooth (Sniper-Hunter-And Relentless Killer).

has anyone else heard this?
Supposedly runs on the same Merrit, bullet must come from and Enemy "want to be Snipers"(shooter's) Gun.

(forgot the bullet its hammered flat to simulate the Shark tooth)

You are correct about them having a sniper necklace. just not about the design. It is on the tiered system.
