There should be some kind of conflict of interest clause somewhere. I mean am I the only one that finds it crazy that someone who is rabidly antigun can be nominated as the head of the ATF? I mean come on man.
The issue is that as the Director he will be MAKING laws, or at least that's the way it's been in the past. So I guess this will continue with him in office. He scares me.
