new barrel break in question

[kingfamous]

just got a new 20" upper and manufacture said to break in the barrel. I know everybody has there opinions on break in, but does it matter if I use the cheaper fmj's to break in the barrel or do I need to break it in with what Im going to shoot, the 69 smk's.
