Gotcha. I just picked up a new FVSR and have been looking at the Boyd's Tacticool. The chassis system looks good but I don't have the tools, patience, or know-how to do a job like that.

dremel, angle grinder, rivet gun, and epoxy putty were used. about less than $75 worth of tools were used if you dont have them.

i can help guide you if youre serious.

or pay a gunsmith to do it

I appreciate it, but I probably should stick with the Tacticool. It seems to mimic my Manners T2.

Another very nice conversion by DEFCON.

does that stock have an aluminum substructure / chassis under the skins?

thanks man

unfortunately no. the only metal parts are the foldable stock, receiver, barrel shroud

plastic is very hard and durable
