Gunsmithing "new" EGW HD 20moa base, any experience..

Didn't see much on it when I searched, but this is the one I'm referring to:

This will secure the SWFA SS FFP mil/mil 3-9x42 along with the supplied low rings in the packaged kit. I thought Chris from SWFA had said that this brand of base worked well with the included rings. Any problems with this base?

Thanks, I know that they make the standard rail for this platform, but the new "HD" rail that is linked in my first post was what I'm looking at. The company seems to have good products..

+1 in my book.

EGW makes extremely good products. Everything that I have tried out or checked has been spot on. I originally bought a 25MOA rail for my Savage 10FPLE, but I will be going the route of the HD for my Precision Carbine build.

Buy with confidence from any source of your choosing.

I run an EGW standard on my 308. If they had the HD then, I would have gone that route to get the scope a little lower.

EGW is good stuff at a great price!
