New From Indiana

Just joined and looking into getting into some longer range shooting. I have been shooting guns my whole life but haven't ever felt comfortable pushing out past 150 yards when hunting. I recently became intrigued with longer range shots and decided that I want to get comfortable out to longer ranges just in case a big buck decides to make an appearance. I also have a 1300 yard lane behind my house so I can pretty much stretch out my .308 as far as it will reasonably go. Looking forward to learning!

Thanks for the recommendation! I looked through the match calendar and the locations are 4 hours from me give or take. Not sure if I can justify driving 8 hours to take last place but it would definitely be fun to see other people’s setups in person.

I'm about 30 min from where IL, IN and KY all touch. Which is about as far away from you I could be and still remain in the state. Got excited when I saw 1300 yards. Not many of those places in the mid west.
