Hi my name is Ethan I'm 16. I'm just starting to get into long range shooting, I have a mildly modified Remington 5r gen 1 chamberd in 308
It has a viper vortex Gen 2 PST 5 to 25 scope, and a Kantrol hex mod brake.

Have you done much shooting with your rifle yet? How long is the barrel on it? I'm shopping around and a 5R Gen 2 .208 with a 20" barrel is on a short list for a possible buy. That and a Tikka CTR with a 20" barrel. Not sure which way to go yet. Leaning towards the Remington just due to the huge amount of aftermarket support.
