I am a new guy but not new to shooting. For the last 35 years I have been shooting thousand yard benchrest first at targets and then most recently at steel at Ridgeway range in Pennsylvania. Custom gun arsenal included 6MM BR, 6x5x47 with Kelbly actions. Over the years the only barrels that I shot with were Kreiger and Bartlein barrels. I have paid the price for all the fun that I have had. I have been dealing with some serious Tinnitus over the past five or six years I can’t take 300 magnums going off next to me anymore. I just put together a RimX action with a 24 inch Bartline barrel and dropped it in a MPA chassis. I also have a triggertech diamond trigger installed and it’s giving me some issues. This is why I joined your forum before I put the gun together I got a lot of valuable information about the RimX and some issues I need to be concerned about.
