Howdy from a Minnesota resident who runs away from the snow in the winter months.

I have lurked off and on for many years, and have always learned something when I looked. My competitive shooting for the past twenty years has been with iron sights only, in CAS long range and some BPCR and Lever Action Silhouette, using Sharps, 1885s, rolling blocks, trap doors and lever guns, using strictly iron sights. Am just getting into NRL22, so lots of carryover but lots of new stuff. So far have just shot one club practice day and looking forward to my first match.

Ruff, I am in Casa Grande. Have shot a multiday CAS/long range cowboy in Yuma every year for a long time. Know a couple of the Silhouette shooters there. Wish I was closer. Long way for me for a one day match.

Hombre, I belonged to GRRC years ago, before I moved out of the big, nasty city. Hope to shoot a couple of the
BPCR matches and NRL22 there this summer.

Pbgt, I a half hour south of St Cloud. Assume you are farther north.

I'm trying to decide that now. Have a CZ455, a couple of custom 10-22a, an old, butchered, cut down and ugly, but it really shoots, Winchester 52, and a Ruger Precision rimfire. Haven't shot my first match, as the match here in AZ where I shot a practice day and got interested, had to cancel it's match for this month. Am learning toward the Ruger, just so I can shoot the base class for the first match. I see Monticello shoots PRS Rimfire and Gopher and I think North Branch shoot NRL22. Is there anything closer to St Cloud that shoots NRL22?
