Howdy all. Been a lurker for a while. Lots of good information here. You all helped me in deciding on my first long range rig, a Savage LRH in 300WM topped with a Leupold VARI-X III 8.5-25. Hope to learn lots more here at the Hide and contribute myself as I am able.

My lab caught him messing around along the backside of my barn while me and my shooting partner were getting set up. A little morbid I suppose, but I threw him up there for the picture. We were sighting in at 600 yards and unfortunately I’m not that good (yet) to hit a squirrel at 600 yards.
