Member of the Mid TN Sporting Association, formerly known as Gallatin Gun Club till TVA ran us out. We bought @160 acres up in Dickson Springs, Macon Co. north of Hartsville and changed our name. Facilities are coming along, nice covered rifle line to 400 yards, multiple pistol bays which are still in-process but usable, trap field. It’s a 100% NRA club, which as a life member I really used to be proud of, but now have mixed emotions cause of NRA leadership.
I am really interested in long distance shooting with not a lot of experience past 400. Just got my AI AX308 with ZCO 5x27 this week, so hope to learn/shoot some more and find some places to stretch out past 400.

I have heard of SE for years, but the membership rolls are pretty much locked down for some time. Mind you, my info goes back several years, so if they have opened it up, I would be interested in joining.

I just got another guy I met on accurate shooter invited he hasn’t been on the waiting list a couple months if you are interested get on the waiting list now and then I will see what I can do no guarantees though

Agreed. Get on the SE list. They keep a pretty constant level of members but people are always coming and going and each year many drop out for one reason or another.

If it's a comcast account, get a gmail account. Comcast blocks SE email and you won't get your notification to pay for the background check, etc.

Me too. Considering TDS and some something like Hulu. Only thing stopping me is the customer service TDS provides for our fiber to cell sites (through iRis), etc. These guys broke two microwaves and shrugged it off, they shut down central offices in the middle of the day and don't care (multiple cell sites off air) and they have chronic issues with multiple sites hanging off a piece of equipment going down for hours (3x on Hobson Pike) multiple times a month for hours and refuse to fix it after 2+ years. Fuck that. I can't give them money with service like that. If they'll shit on multiple $3k + per month accounts what chance do I have as a $45 per month customer?

So now off my soapbox and back to shooting. The last weekend if the month Deadzero is holding a 2 days 1000 yard NRA style prone highower/F class match. Matt runs a laid back match. You guys should come out and shoot.
