Hello everyone!
I've been lurking Snipers Hide for a while and finally thought to introduce myself. I've been around guns most of my life and got serious about shooting in my early 20s, about 10 years ago. I am active Army stationed in my home state after time spent overseas, so it's great to have my guns back.
My start in rifle shooting was NRA High Power, using mainly ARs, but also M1A and Garand. I've since expanded that into 3-gun/carbine and precision rifle. For distance, I currently shoot a couple bolt guns in 6.5CM and .338LM, as we'll as a couple of 5.56 and .308 ARs and my SCAR 17.
I also participate in IDPA and practical handgun, shooting primarily Glocks, but I also spend time with my first love, the 1911.
I reload for every caliber I shoot, save .22LR and 7.62x39.
I look forward to learning from the posters on the Hude. It is truly a wealth of info.
