New guy in Nebraska

Hey all, new guy here from Nebraska, just getting into precision rifle shooting. Been doing lots of pistol competition and a little bit of "tactical" rifle competition, but nothing past 300 yards. Picked up a 6.5 Creedmoor bolt rifle and a hand-me-down scope from a friend to get started. Would love to get out to some of the area rifle competitions at some point after I have the basics down. I'm a member at the ENGC range, so 600 yards is available daily. I will have lots of ignorant questions about all of this, fair warning!
