When I was much younger I spent a lot of time in the shooting sports, but family and work took most of my time. Looking for full retirement soon and reloading, shooting and hunting will again be my priority! Things have changed since I was involved and I have a lot learn. I thought this might be a place to regain my place as a proper American again! Lot's of people here with tremendous amounts of knowledge and experience to draw from. I enjoy shooting any type of firearm from .22 rimfire to .375 H&H. I have been shooting a Tikka CTR in 6.5 Creedmoor that has gotten me interested in long range shooting again. This forum seemed to be the best among many for any information needed about equipment or other shooting needs.

Regarding Memphis. If you don't know about MSSA over here, look them up. We have everything from action pistol to 600 yd to shotgun to cowboy. I'm fairly certain anyone can come shoot a competition without being a member.
