new induction annealer?

Noticeable smoke coming from the unit?
Cartridges coming out appeared to be glowing red?

Great if someone has figured out a way to control the heat buildup in the annealing unit. Everyone I have seen either drifts/heats as the unit runs, or it has to shut down for periods to allow it to cool.

Glad to see people are trying!

Nice setup, but need to tun the time down lower. Necks glowing that bright are most always too hot. My necks barely glow at all with the lights out during the last few tenths of a second of programmed time.

if you guys watch the video carefully it mentions that the developer (who took the video) specifically set it to overheat the necks to "show" the annealing being done, then he goes over to his control board to show you it can be set.

I agree semi bad showmanship but he thought he could cover it by stating it in writing.

I missed that too. It should be redone. If you would not have posted I would have thought "that looks too hot -- shouldn't be orange like that" and moved on never to consider this product.
