Any one notice the large amount of new Mil products from them , like 17 differnt FFP scopes & some neat combo optics , will be interesting to see the price point or NOT .

Re: New Leupolds ?

I agree mostly , the MK4s I still have are the real ones , ie fixed power 10x M3s and 16x M1 , and got them at a good price second hand , and they are old ones , so they are maybe a bit better built , and I cerntainly did not pay the crazy NEW price fro these out moded scopes .

I mainly run S&B PMIIs on my LR stuff , but I liked the neat little 1.5-5x FFP Leupold that was camed for the subsonic 300 Whisper/Blackout calibre , and was mounted on a fully suppressed Rem700 by AAC .

It had a ballistic reticle , with a Rabbit & Hare , for subsonic drop & supersonic drop , neat , but it may be TOO expensive for what it is , knowing how they have been pricing their stuff , still interesting scope for a certain app ..

Re: New Leupolds ?

I called Leupold and asked about the new scopes with 34mm tube since the magazine article I read said they were only offered with a couple of Horus reticles. They said they may offer other reticles at a later time. I asked about retail price, and they said around $3000.

I guess I'll stick with S&B and Premier.
