Dang, Newbie! You just blew me away with one of the "coolest" looking AR's I've seen in a long time. How much "wiggle" is in the buttstock once you set it into position? How quick is it to adjust? Good show, Newbie!

Thanks Ranger, there is virtually no wiggle in the buttstock. It's a tight tolerence fit and acetal is used in the slide action for lubricity and a smooth movement. It adjusts in seconds via the hand operated latch shown in the picture below. The latch is sprung loaded so you just push it in, adjust the length, and let go of the latch. The buttstock base (where the latch is) can be installed to have the latch on either side of the rifle depending on users preference. It also gives a longer range of adjustment and smaller adjustment increments. There is a kit that comes with it that also makes the buttstock adjustable but yet "fixed" for featureless applications. The cheek rest is adjustable and once adjusted stays in its position regardless of buttpad position, so ajustment of the buttpad does not affect cheek rest position. Also, the buttpad is adjustable upwards/downwards depending on the users preference. The small black round part on the bottom in the picture is just something I added for the use of a rear rest bag. cheers.

Re: New Member - 6mmAR Build

damn, I was getting tired of all those AR looking the same but yours is just awesome, clean, sleek, different (HG is superb)
and not black or brown, grey is looking great, congrats and thanx for making me jealous.
I have a 6MM AR also and it is a tack driver, I hope you'll enjoy yours as much as I do my plain looking one.
cheers.

Not to hijack but,

Myself and a buddy have 19" 6mmAR's. Shooting 105 AMAX with 28.5 varget I am getting 2665 and he is getting 2690.
Both are Rock 1-8".

Hope this helps.

Hey HPArmory precision guy I just want to say that I really like your stuff and that I am probably going to buy one of your brass catchers when they come out. I was looking at your site a few weeks ago and the stuff looked really nice. I really hope you make a fixed A1 length stock with a picatinny rail on the bottom for a monopod and length of pull adjustable with spacers for us ban state guys.

This post is a blatant disregard for the commercial vendor rules and policies.
I'm pretty sure if you've been "lurking here a while" you are aware of such.
