His name is Reece Demeerleer and is from Moscow, ID originally. I have a pile of info on him. Helps to have resources.

I’ve been in touch with his family and is father is going to Boise ID this Wednesday to get things lined out with the police there. Scammer Reece got me for a scope in January for $275. Money sent by venmo so no help there. The day after I sent the money he asked if I also wanted an AR lower receiver which really made me question everything. No scope after a week or two or three or four. "Ill fix it, I will get your money back..." Full scam and I haven't heard anything from he since May 7.
