Hey guys,
Been working on this mill for about 8 months now, whenever I get some spare time which doesn't seem like very often.
I have gone through every part of this machine bringing it up to SSG standards

It has a 10K spindle with chiller, 10HP motor, rotary table, 40"X, 20"Y, & 28"Z.

13,000lbs of American made precision!!!

Hope you enjoy the video. I am machining one of my 1"diameter 10 degree "V" port vaporizer* muzzle brakes. I am busy stocking the shelves

Once I get all my brakes stocked then look out I've got all kinds of new stuff comin'. Will get a video of the lathe doing the threading on these. It's pretty sweet as well.

The muzzle brakes I programmed long hand. It was simpler for me to just write these codes.
Most of this was done G91 c/p on power station desktop for windows and sent over from there.
I have power station pro plus which I do my more complicated parts on. I have mostly used it in my CNC lathe so far for machining true ball and sockets in my angular and rotational adjustable back plate I designed as well as machining some spherical shapes. Definitely got a lot to learn yet, but sure do love it. Not as quick as I would like to be with the power station yet. kinda an all dayer when I set up a new program.

Cool video. I love those Fadals they seem very similar to the Haas controls. Nice work on the longhand programming. That' pretty much all I know how to do and the guys here at the shop bring some pretty daunting projects. I finally got some cheap software but it's hard to teach yourself to use it and still keep up with the workload.
