Here's some new paint I did for one of our service men on his 5R. The only parts I didnt paint were the internal trigger parts, trigger housing and bolt stop.

KG Gun Kote 2400 Series
Flat OD, Flat Black, Satin Red & Satin White.

Re: New Paint

One color, all metal $250.00
Second Color $50.00
Inlaying the type with different colors $50.00

You have to bake the rifle twice when inlaying the type. The disassembly and re-assembly takes a little bit.

Paint and bake base color per manufacturers directions. After innitial painting has cured and cooled paint the lettering with your desired color and let air dry, 30-45 seconds. Put MEK on a tightly wound shop towel and lightly wipe off excess paint being careful not to press down and remove paint from lettering. You'll have to change to a clean spot on the towel a couple of times until all unwanted excess paint is removed. Go slow, and use a light hand. Re-bake to cure new paint.
