Took my 6.5x47 out today for the first time to shoot some loads. Loaded 50 rounds before I realized I had some major concentricity issues with my sizing die. Decided to shoot them anyway to get some rounds down the barrel and re-form the brass. Worked up in .2 increments with Varget and 123 Scenars. Most groups were sub moa but one did show some real promise. 36 grains measured .413" for 5 shots even with my jacked up hand loads. I don't know what else to do about my sizing die though. RCBS has replaced the decapping assembly for me twice. I think I have it working centered now but I'm not sure, I haven't loaded any more with it. Any suggestions?

I have a PVA Tikka prefit in 6.5x47 and it shoots like a dream my load of Varget and the 130 g Golden Target. I use Redding FL bushing die and Forster Micrometer for seating.

I've only ever used RCBS FL dies. Do better dies center the neck expander differently to where its perfect?

expand on your comment of 'major concentricity issues'.... can you quantify? where are you measuring, what tools are you using to measure concentricity?

I have always fixed concentricity by not checking it. and not using RCBS dies.
And more times than not, just not using a decapping stem w/ expander ball unless you are using a forster FLS die, they are one of the only that I have found to keep everything concentric, but still can vary caliber to caliber unfortunately.

I have not measured them in any way. Just looking at them though it is noticeable with the naked eye that they are way off. So much that chambering some rounds is difficult, when others that are seated the same depth. are not. Seating 20 thou off the lands, and the difficult ones have marks on them from hitting the lands where the others do not.

I can get some pictures tonight of the affected brass when I get home.

I would suggest to move this thread to the Reloading section.
What press are you using? Which shellholder? Does this happen with another calibers? If so, you have a press alignment problem. If not just try a different sizer die from different brand (Redding, Forster, Whidden) and give it a try.

I'm using a Lee single stage and rcbs shellholders. I load 308 and 2 different 223s also with no issues.

Here you can see the neck of the 6.5x47 is canted left. I have replaced the sizing die once with another and also replaced the decapping assembly twice. Same results until this last decapping assembly which seems to have made a difference but I can't tell yet if it's completely fixed.
