new rifle break in

Re: new rifle break in

Seriously?

Did you even attempt to search for the answer?

You just asked the most posted question on this forum. It's also one of the most controversial so it's been debated more than once.

Or are you one of those that expects to be spoon-fed information?

And a friendly suggestion....fill out your profile. It kind of expected if you want to participate here.

I am feeling nice, so I will give you a freebee. Just shoot the damn thing. If you want to know why.....that you will have to SEARCH for.

Re: new rifle break in

First off... welcome to the Hide.
Second... better fill out your profile.
Third... better use the search function.
Forth... do ALOT of reading... then read some more.
Fifth... just shoot it.

That is all.

Re: new rifle break in

From what i've read and my experience there is no reason to clean every shot or so and then every 10 till you reach a 100. Clean it and shoot it.

Hi Mr Personality,
Thanks for the warm welcome. Let me comfy and sit a while.
Yes, I did use the search feature...didnt find anything useful or meaningful.
Are you always this warm & fuzzy? Is it from the isolation you faced while laying on a perch somewhere?

I see you are as adept at witty comebacks as you are at locating information.

This took me all of three seconds:

Read more. Run your suck less.

Re: new rifle break in

A comeback is only witty if someone can understand it. The perch thing was not understandable, therefore it was retarded.

BTW, as clearly stated above, break-in is a myth.

haha! That has got to be one of the funniest videos I have ever seen regarding shooting! And in this case, my rifle is VERY well broken in.
