New rifle build. Stock chassis options.

I just got my new mausingfield short action from ARC. I have a 24 inch 6.5 creed heavy Palma barrel from PVA and a triggertech diamond. Trying to decide on a stock/chassis. I’m leaning toward a folder. Debating on a whiskey 3 or a AI AT rem 700 chassis (I’ve always liked it) price is almost the same between the two. Anyone recommend one vs the other? Pros? Cons? Thanks in advance.
