So I'm putting together a list of components to build a new rifle. I want the rifle to be a 300 win mag long range hunting rifle which is as light as possible. I started throwing together a list of components, weights, and costs. Items which I am still unsure of are highlighted in red. If you see anything odd or have any suggestions please feel free to chime in. This is my first time doing this, so I'm no expert and as you can see I'm still unsure about some things and looking for advice.

After adding up all the weights, the gun is heavier than I thought it would be. Am I missing anything?

Bottom metal will be more than 2.4 but I would go bottom door instead of mag obviously for weight. Skip the rail and go sling stud for a Harris; that will save weight on the bipod and the rail. Drop the brake. Thread protector will be fine for hunting plus you save weight not carrying ear muffs or time putting in plugs. Still loud but not deafening on one shot loud. It's pretty damn light for a win mag already. The only thing more is drop the proof and go pencil barrel for absolute minimum weight. Gonna knock the snot out of you.
