Rifle Scopes New RR Predator Pursuit Needs optics

Been busy with the new job and baby. My research time is short, so sorry if this subject kinda beats a dead horse.
But,
Need a quality scope under $400 for a varmint hunting AR. Needs to work good and look good. I like fine crosshairs or something similar that can pinpoint poor little woodland forest creatures. Illuminated would be a plus but not to necessary.
Anything I should look at? Most of my rifles wear Leupolds but know there are more choices.

I've got a Bushnell Elite 3200 5-15x40 on my RRA PP. Got a new scope base on the way, from Larue, but this is how it looks now.
