This is a new post to clean up my previous one with updated list of the barrels I still have.

I have some new unfired Savage small shank barrels for sale. They are Shaw barrels which makes barrels for lots of other manufactures that label them their own. They are all 26” long, stainless steel, MTU contour, threaded 5/8x24. Small calibers have a 1-7 twist and large calibers have a 1-8 twist. No trades please. PM me on what you want.

I bought two of the Savage 223 Wylde and replaced the barrels myself (first time Savage barrel swaps). Both barrels shoot great with 75ELDMs, 80ELDMS, and 80SMKS which is exactly what I wanted!

Any idea on how the 6.5 creedmoor was chambered? Short throat? A particular reamer? Who did the chambering?

These are factory Shaw prefit barrels. They were chambered by them. I don’t know all the specifics. Sorry
