Got to sight it in yesterday. Glass is better than I could have expected. She really like the 140 gr ELD, hoping to stretch it out to 750 tomorrow.
great scope for the money. what reticle did you get? Also dont over tighten your turret set screws
Congrats. Always nice to step up your gear to a higher level of quality. I had one a few years back. I will be getting one of the 3-18s for my 223 gladius eventually.
Mine is on my Tikka Super Varmint in 6.5 Creedmoor, get some roll on/off mounts, so you can do some bicep curls as well.
Don't forget to use the included scope tool to move and remove the caps.

No they aren't. Tighten them down very snug and they won't move. People baby them and have issues.

Congrats man! The G2R is an outstanding optic. Only real downside is weight, but not all setups need to be lightweight, haha.
It has actually helped from being blown out at 700 yds. Between the scope and and the area 419 ARCA bag I've added 8 lbs of weight.
