I bought a Vortex HS LR 4-16x50 today. I've always been a Leopold man but spotted the Vortex in the case so I took a look. The things I've heard about them were right........turret feels good, glass is nice and crisp, feels like a solid scope. I figured I'd give it a spin and if I end up not liking it at least I could get most of my money back out of it. I picked it up for about $300.00 less than the Leopold I was intending to buy so I kept a little cash in my pocket.
