Mine is a chocolate lab/hanging tree mix and she goes a mile a minute!! Enjoy all the time you can with her. My black lab before this one was the best one ive had so far but cancer took him from me at 4 years old. They are truly man's best friend!
I just had to put the best dog I've ever had down last week. It was a black lab. His buddy, another black lab, has been feeling the pain as much as me. This is about the only bad time owning a dog.

Yep, that's the worst. I had to put my cattle dog down in October. 17 unbelievable years I had.

My best buddy is sitting right here and he just turned 13 yrs. He is a chocolate lab/chessy cross. I can only hope that he has a couple good years ahead.

Nice puppy you got there. I wish you great joy and happiness with her. I can't imagine not having my dog with me. She has ridden with me in my Truck since she was a baby. Lot of hours of joy.
