Welp the liberals like South Park again because they taunted Donald Trump. But I still laughed my ass off.

  • The PSA with the naked Trump was a riot.
  • Everyone being scared of Trump was a gag that went over the head of most of the media.
  • Butters and Cartman trying to off themselves with an electric car--BRILLIANT
  • 60 minutes being scared shitless
  • I noticed we can make fun of Jesus but not Mohammed--(was still laughing)
  • Death of wokeness--Cartman asking "What do I do now that its cool to hate the Jews"
  • PC principal is now "PC" Principal. (IYKYK)
It was subtle and I always enjoy South Park as they take shots at everyone (take a hint news media)

Was it childish? Yup. But so is life.

I do notice, though on the Newsmax crawl that one of the "creators" of South Park has "deeply apologized" to the WH for the depiction. Not sure which one (although my instincts tell me it was Parker). I saw the snippet with Satan. Looked a lot like Satan and Saddam Hussein in bed during the "Bigger, longer & Uncut" movie.

If they can offend people like the late Isaac Hayes and/or Tom Cruise (both Scientologists), I don't think they'd stop at the WH doors. That and offending the LDS community (♫♪ Dum... Dum... Dum.... Dum... Duuuummm ♪♫).

I haven't seen it yet, I may get paramount so I can....I was hoping to wait until Landman Season 2 and (fingers crossed) another season of Lioness to subscribe again so I have several things to watch.

What would have made Trump cool, is if he came out and said that South Park has a long history of making fun of everybody, and that he can find the humor in their depiction of him on their show. Instead he attacked 'em like he usually does.

The folks at South park are kind of equal opportunity jesters.
They make fun of pretty much any religion (except they tread very lightly when it comes to the jews).
I think even most of the folks they make fun of, take it in good humour as they don't do it in an antagonistic way but rather just having fun and joking around.
Also sometimes they flip things around in another episode.

Like while in one episode they were having a bit of fun with details of the founding of the LDS church, in another episode they have it being announced in the afterlife that sorry, only the LDS folks had it correct about how to get into heaven.

That being said, I think a totally under rated and forgotten episode that I think would be pretty timely today is the one about "Super Adventure Club" pretty much a riff on Epstein's client list.
(The part about "and he became immortal... Until he was hit and killed by a train... was totally classic South Park).

Because Matt Stone is Jewish (or was born that way). Not sure if he still practices today. Not sure about Parker. That said, they will poke a little fun at Jewish "Culture" if not the religion (consider Ms. Broflovsky (Kyle's Mom) :ROFLMAO:).

Isaac Hayes and Tom Cruise did not. Isaac Hayes quit the show as "Chef" because of it, and I think Tom sued them. Not sure of the outcome, but...

I saw the episode where they made fun of the founder, Joseph Smith (i.e. before Brigham Young). That was the "Dum Dum Dum" episode.

I'll have to check that one out. Didn't see it.

It was a tongue-in-cheek apology at comic con.

Saddam=Trump basically. Same voice, same "Canadian" head.

I also loved that they fought not to blur the penis.

@Fx51LP308 The Return of Chef: Definitly an A+ episode. As with all things, its open to interpretation (I took it as a giant "F U" to scientology) but regardless FUNNY AS HELL.

(Isaac Hayes son recently said that he (Hayes) didn't quit the show, his reps did it for him as he was in very poor health at the time).

Isaac Hayes' son recently came out and said that he didn't leave the show, but suffered a stroke at the time and became non-verbal as a result, and it was his Scientology controllers that forced him to pen his resignation from the show and swing the story that they were the victims because of the tom cruise episode.
