Gunsmithing New stock.

Just got my new McMillan stock. I am swapping everything over. What should the action hex head bolts be torqued to and also the small hex head bolts on the scope rings? It's a leupold mark 4 with nightforce rings.

50-60 in lbs for the action screws and cross bolts on the rings.

15-20 in lbs for the ring cap screws.
