Been waiting for them to come out with more models..
I like the current option (mtr), I can assume they wasted very little money on a stock that most people are tossing, and can pretty much treat it as a barreled action, but some barrel choices would be really nice! Would love mine with a heavy 16-18” barrel..

From doing a quick google search, it appears the price will be in the $1200.00 range. Hmmm - that's a Canadian site... so $850.00 or so in the US?

If the stock is of decent quality that’s not a bad price..
although, for about the same cost you could get the “mtr” and a bravo chassis.. or a bell & Carlson for a bit more.

I'm guessing it's basically the same stock they had at the SHOT Show for the T3x UPR. Seemed solid, but I didn't ask many questions.
If I go with a new Tikka, I'll probably just get the MTR, and if I feel the need, go Bravo or MDT later.

aside from its excessive flex I don’t mind the “mtr “ stock I put the pistol grip on and it fits me pretty well. Do wish they had the 16” barrel though, and really wish they had a heavy contour.
