I've been doing some researching on scopes but I figured I'd get the options of others. I'm looking to spend up to $850 on a scope. I have Leupold scopes on my deer rifles and I love them but nothing tactical that's in the budget. I have a 700 sps tactical 20 inch barrel. Thanks for the advice.

Hate to be the first to say it, but it needs to be said: Use the Search feature.
There are a bunch of scopes. If you can stretch the budget to the $1k mark you'll open up a lot more options.
At 850 you have a lot of options too, and can stretch it if you go used.
Vortex, SWFA, etc have good choices. Really depends on the features you want. FFP or SFP. Reticle type. Zero Stop. etc

Nope, just a couple of SPS Tacticals with some aftermarket stocks and accessories.

The first rifle has a detachable magazine, made by Accuracy International (AI). There are probably over dozen manufacturers by now that make detachable magazine kits for the Remington 700. All the good ones use Accuracy International chassis system (AICS) magazines.
In order to do this conversion, the stock will need to be modified to accept a new trigger guard housing that works with these AICS mags. The one I'm using is made by Seekins Precision
The second rifle just has an extended magazine box, but it is not detachable. It is made by Tactical Components

Never used a Wyatt. I do know they aren't considered the standard, like AICS.
Your first order of business should be to get a decent stock for that SPS-Tactical, then adding a detachable magazine will be worth the while

Vortex performed well out to 300 at local bench rest range. I shoot the ffp 4-16 and could almost make out 308 holes. 2 or 3 in a group were possible. I love it.
