new to long range shooting and i need help

i have just started to order a rifle in 300wm and would like to get opinions of people here
i have ordered so far a 26" ss kreiger barrel 5r #10 mtu 10 twist
a stiller tac 300 action with 20 moa base
i am thinking of putting it in a xlr evolution chassis with a tactical butt stock
using a apa fat bastard muzzle brake
a timney calvin elite trigger
and a atlas bipod
i am confused a lil on the scope to buy i was thinking the nf atacr or sb 5-25x56 PM II/LP and what rings to use for those
and to do the gun smith work i was thinking ga precision, robert gradious or short action customs
all advice would be greatly appreciated thank you

Sounds like the makings of a fine build. You have some top notch builders picked out as well. I'd have a look at the LongRifles Inc group buy thread. Those guys are offering some damn good pricing right now with some good turn around times as well.
Is this build just for punching paper at known distances? The rifle's main purpose will be the biggest factor in determining which scope to get.
