I developed this thread for the semi auto boys but should even cover the reloading basics for bolt action other than changing over the resizing process / amount of shoulder bump back to neck only if you don't want to full length resize. Also, most bolt action guys i know would use some better non-crimped brass like lapua in comparison to once fired lake city brass. In terms of resizing / shoulder bump neck only you will need to do some additional homework, but this should help big time for those starting out reloading. Usually when i reload for bolt actions I bump the shoulder back .001 to maybe .002" in comparison to my semi auto bump back of .003 to .004". The amount of bump is totally up to you!...... do your own homework & develop your own methods & use this to get the ball rolling only...
